Creating Mainspring gave more freedom to focus on highlighting that critical service. We stripped down the business operations to provide essential services to the customer while highlighting the talent that drives the service. What evolved next was the idea to build a company who’s number two priority, focused on an unparalleled internal employee experience. Rick Ruffini is a small business owner and a staffing industry leader. He is dedicated to enabling recruiting/sales teams to develop strong internal and customer relationships and expand on revenue generation. Thirteen years of experience working for industry leaders in IT staffing, project-based outsourced IT solutions and fully outsourced IT solutions. Rick has a career emphasis on client relationship building, effective messaging, and a progressive leadership approach.

Data Science
Junior - Senior level Data Science professionals are some of the most sought after professionals in the market. They advise and educate the business on the potential of their data. Through the use of leveraging statistical analysis, data mining and data visualization techniques they work to advance business performance.
Artificial Intelligence
Junior - Senior level positions. These engineers work to create and deploy AI models as well as maintain the underlying AI infrastructure. They can navigate issues within software development as well as machine learning implementations.
Business Intelligence
Mid - Senior level positions. These roles provide great value to the business. They seek to find new ways to present data and generate custom reporting. It is common for these kinds of skills to also require some expertise in database structure.

Interfacing with the business to troubleshoot any problems that might arise while the product is in production. The ability to read/write SQL queries has become a common request from top employers for these roles.
