Sr/Lead Field Marketing Manager

Opportunity Overview
This consulting supports the company's Demand Generation team within Marketing. It is specific to trade shows, webinars and conference events, which drive significant pipeline growth for marketing and sales. This marketing team manages live trade show events, and webinars every month and an annual virtual company-owned conference, which takes place at the beginning of May. This team is looking for support in managing through some maternity time the team is experiencing. This consultant will report to the Director of Demand Generation and will work daily with their Demand Gen team, the Corporate Events team, internal Sales Professionals, and finally the potential and existing customer base. Based on the road map of opportunities, trade show events and customer potential, this team has more than a full plate and is looking for a full-time consultant ready to jump in with them and help take on a full workload. The ideal candidate can manage an end-to-end program and is well versed in sales prospecting best practices, copywriting for sales, field events and ABX use cases.

Responsibilities
· Build deep understanding of focus industries, target accounts, and prospect pain in target solution areas
· Work collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with other field marketing managers, demand managers, event managers, solutions marketing, and sales team members
· Contribute to documentation of processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to reference Industry events & webinars
· Research industry events with key target accounts and prospects on focus industries to help with event planning cycles
· Collaborate with Quickbase internal SMEs to identify key industry events and recommend sponsorship levels
· Create top-performing sales plays, using email, LinkedIn and calling touch points that direct prospects to interesting data, high-value webinars or events at various stages of the sales cycle
· Execute registration and attendee marketing plans surrounding our corporate and campaigns event strategy and company-hosted webinars including goal setting for each activation
· Deliver key success metrics such as opportunity generation, increasing account engagement, and driving sales cycle velocity for Quickbase hosted events, webinars, and industry events
· Build or adapt content assets best fit for sales prospecting, leveraging existing brand and campaign content
· Provide ongoing reporting, program insights and pacing toward goals to stakeholders
· Work closely with brand team, marketing operations, SDR organization, and Sales leaders to integrate sales plays to continue proving value for event investments
Desired Experience & Strengths:
· 3 - 5+ years of field marketing, campaigns or ABM experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
· Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
· Able to clearly communicate new ideas and associated impact to both internal and external stakeholders
· Team player able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
· Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
· Strong copywriting skills for sales prospecting
· Hands on document/communications management experience using JIRA or a technology equivilent.
· Strong email marketing segmentation tactics knowledge
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
· Proficiency working with external 3 rd party vendors including event organizers, industry associations, and others
· Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing
· CRM experience (Salesforce ideal)
· Project management platform usage experience (Jira ideal)
· Sales prospecting tool experience (Outreach, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo)
· Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
· Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
